Thank you for sharing your precious children with us.
It helps greatly to have early registration numbers. Please take several minutes and fill out the Children's Ministry Registration for children Age 3- Grade 5 in the 2023-2024 school year.

Adults- There are places to indicate your interest and availablity to be part of this meaningful ministry. We need volunteers on Wednesdays, Sundays, and seasonal help. We invite you into the FUN!

Please submit registration by May 21, 2023. New members and visitors are welcome to register at any time to participate in ministry activities.

Opt OUT? Occassionally we post pictures on our website and Facebook page of activities and events that take place at Bethel. If we do not have your permission to post a picture with your child, please indicate so below. We will never attach names to any photo to identify participants.

If your child attends Limitless, please indicate where you can be reached between 3:30-5:45PM Wednesdays. Also, list one other emergency contact.

Limitless Absences & Early Pick Up

Please let us know by NOON on the day your child will be absent. It is vital you let us know if your child will be absent a given day, or we will begin to search for your child if they do not arrive on the bus. Thank you for yor cooperation in helping us keep track of these sweet children.

Programming runs 3:30-5:45PM. If your child will be leaving Limitless early, please indicate a time you will be picking them up. 4:25pm 4:45pm 5:15pm 5:45pm

Volunteer Opportunities for 2023-24

Limitless (Matthew 19:26)- Wednesdays

***Please indicate the name of the person who is volunteering
***Nursery is provided for pre-k siblings whose parents are volunteering that day.

Snack Server- Prep, Serve and Clean up a simple snack. 3:15-4:15pm

Dean- Take attendance & monitor halls; 3:15-5:45PM

Bus Shepherd- 15 minutes at the end of the school day. Gather students at one of the schools and wait with them for the Bethel Bus. Report absences to Bethel. Bridgewater Elementary Spring Creek Elementary Greenvale Elementary Middle School (Prairie Creek)

Activity Leader- lead 2 session activities, 30 minutes each from 4:45-5:45pm (Curriculum and supplies are prepped for you)
