Thank you for sharing your precious children with us.
It helps greatly to have early registration numbers. Please take several minutes and fill out the Children's Ministry Registration for children Age 3- Grade 5 in the 2025-2026 school year.

Adults- There are places to indicate your interest and availablity to be part of this meaningful ministry. We need volunteers on Wednesdays, Sundays, and seasonal help. We invite you into the FUN!

Limitless Absences & Early Pick Up

Please let us know by NOON on the day your child will be absent. It is vital you let us know if your child will be absent a given day, or we will begin to search for your child if they do not arrive on the bus. Thank you for yor cooperation in helping us keep track of these sweet children.

Programming runs 3:30-5:45PM. If your child will be leaving Limitless early, please indicate a time you will be picking them up. 4:25pm 4:45pm 5:15pm 5:45pm

Volunteer Opportunities for 2025-26

Limitless - Wednesdays

I am available to help this way: Snack Server- Prep, Serve and Clean up a simple snack. Help supervise Chapel immediately afterwards. 3:30-4:30pm Activity Leader- lead 2 session activities, 30 minutes each from 4:45-5:45pm (Curriculum and supplies are prepped for you) Monitor/Assist Children during Chapel- 4:05-4:30pm

Bus Shepherd- 15 minutes at the end of the school day. Gather students at one of the schools and wait with them for the Bethel Bus. Report absences to Bethel. Bridgewater Elementary Spring Creek Elementary Greenvale Elementary Middle School (Prairie Creek)

I would be willing to help periodically with these: Design and create bulletin boards that highlight our ministries and the seasons of the church year Assist in sorting and stocking supplies in the Resource Room on an occasional basis Serve on the Youth Ministry Advisory Board. This group meetings quarterly and assists with input for the Children and Youth MInistries at Bethel Help at our Wednesday Bistro meal. Please indicate areas of interest: Prep, Serve, Clean Up

"To help cover the costs of Wednesday programming (supplies, curriculum, busing, food and more), we invite families to consider a suggested annual donation of $100 for each Limitless participant. This is optional—your child is always welcome, whether or not you give. Any donations will be included in your 2025 year-end giving statement. Please include your donation here."
