We are SO Excited to jump into the new season together!
Please fill out this new, simplified form so we have important contact and for every participant.

Each family will fill out ONE, CYF Registration form each year.
Then, each individual program has a BRIEF form for each participant. Eg: SPARK, Youth Group, Confirmation.

Forms are in weekly CYF emails as well as online in early September.

To help cover the costs of Wednesday programming (supplies, curriculum, busing, snacks and more), we invite families to consider:
-A suggested annual donation of $100 for each SPARK participant.
-A suggested annual donation of $50 for each participant in all other Wednesday programming.
This is optional—your child is always welcome, whether or not you give. Any donations will be included in your 2026 year-end giving statement. Please include your donation here. If you are not a member and would like a tax form, contact Megan and she will put you in touch with the right people.
